Sold the Jeep!

Funny how just when I think it won't happen... it does.

There's a guy I work with that has committed to buy my Jeep. He expects his loan check to come through on Tuesday. The timing couldn't be better (I know... just like the Lord).

This won't take all the worry and concern away, but will definitely put a dent in the debt that I've been carrying this year.

Now I need to concentrate on prepping the new house to show. If we get a decent offer on it, I'll move a little north again. Gotta rethink the financial direction I'm taking my family. I need to move toward financial freedom rather than bondage.
